Indie project, indie support. No call center. Here's how to get help:
If you want to stop trading RIGHT NOW
- Open Settings → Connections → click Disconnect on your broker. The bot can no longer trade.
- For belt-and-suspenders: log into your Coinbase or Alpaca directly and revoke the API key. The bot literally cannot reach your account anymore.
You don't need to wait for me. You don't need permission. Just disconnect.
Common issues
- Forgot PIN. No email reset yet. DM me on LinkedIn — I'll reset it manually.
- Trade failed. Check Settings → Performance → trade log. The reason from your broker is recorded.
- Bot stopped trading. Most likely cause: portfolio dropped below floor, kill switch active, or your broker API key revoked. Check the status badge on the dashboard.
- Bug. Tell me. Screenshot helps.
